ABOUT US

American Mortgage Acceptance Corporation (AMAC), was founded in 1987. We specialize in providing alternative financing to commercial borrowers in need of quick, equity based loans. We also purchase and lend against residential and commercial mortgages.

Where others see problems, we see opportunities. We are “private money” lenders and serve markets that are not served by banks or institutional lenders.

Since we hold and service all our loans and fund our mortgage investments with private capital, we have the flexibility to underwrite to our own standards.

Our principals have been real estate investors and lenders for over 35 years and by building on their experience we have developed the skills required to analyze and evaluate each mortgage investment we make.

Our offices are located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe in Kings Beach, California.
