There are certain requirements you need to meet to determine
your suitability to invest with American Mortgage Acceptance
Corporation (subject to change per state requirements).
INVESTMENTS IN AMERICAN MORTGAGE FUND, LLC ARE OFFERED THROUGH
THE PROSPECTUS ONLY.
- MUST BE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT
(applies to investors in American Mortgage Fund)
- MUST MEET CRITERIA FOR NET WORTH AND INCOME:
(applies to investors in American Mortgage Fund)
- $250,000.00 NET WORTH AND MINIMUM INCOME OF $65,000.00 PER
YEAR, OR
- $500,000.00 NET WORTH EXCLUSIVE OF HOME AND FURNISHINGS
- THE AMOUNT OF EACH INVESTOR’S INVESTMENT MUST NOT EXCEED
TEN PERCENT (10%) OF SUCH INVESTOR’S NET WORTH (EXCLUSIVE
OF HOME, FURNISHINGS AND AUTOMOBILES).
- MAY BE AN OUT OF STATE INVESTOR, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN QUALIFICATIONS
(applies to Individual Trust Deed Investments)
There are other requirements if the investing entity is a Pension
Plan, Family Trust or Fiduciary Account. Please contact our offices
for applicable requirements.
